“ I recently ordered catering from this location of Firehouse Subs and I was honestly blown away by their customer service. I called and placed the order over the phone the day before I needed it and the entire process was super easy. For roughly one hundred bucks I had sandwiches for about twenty-five people. I didn't need the drinks and chips, just a variety of sandwiches, including vegetarian. They took my credit card information over the phone and when I came to pick everything up the next day, it was all ready to go. They even offered to help me to the car, how sweet. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and family friendly. It was around dinner time when I came by and there were a lot of folks there for dinner. The parking was a little tight with all the other businesses but there's a lot of extra spots behind the building. If you're hungry for a sub or looking to cater for a lunch, game, etc. then based on my experience you can count on them. ”

“ This place is always a good place to go for a quick bite. This my favorite sub shop. The quality of food is excellent. The staff is always friendly and no charges for additional additions. If you are unsure of additional toppings or what to eat they offer suggestions which have turned out very delicious. I enjoy this location the best. Food is always fresh and the facility very clean. I have ordered also online and food was hot and ready and yummy when I arrived. Make sure to leave a donation to the firefighters charity. It supports firefighters their families and also even police man. Love eating and supporting my first responders. I call it food with a purpose. Go eat and enjoy! ”

“ I'm going to be honest - the food is the most average part of the experience, but it's good, especially for the price. But why four stars if you aren't stunned by their offerings, you ask? Simple: It's the service. This is quite possibly one of the friendliest "fast food" experiences you can find on the northern drag of Hamilton Road. These folks are efficient, courteous and kind. They know their stuff, ask questions relevant to making sure what your ordering is what you will get, and everything is made with deliberateness, dedication and care. I cannot underscore how nice it is to come here and be greeted with smiles from start to finish. Now, as to the food. Firehouse subs to me are a bit too "wet". That's just their style. I like my sandwiches to have a bit of firmness and bite to them, but Firehouse subs literally come apart the minute you handle them. I credit this to them serving a lot of their subs warm/hot/toasted, along with fresh juicy ingredients, so It's not a con, really, but something to be aware of. Overall though I'm just impressed with the experience. I think it really is noteworthy sometimes when the people serving the food stand out above it, and this is one of those times. I also like donating to firefighter causes. Which you can do at checkout. ”
